Very unprofessional environment. Don't west your time going to this place.
At the conclusion of my daughter’s cleaning appointment back on 06 NOV 17, I made an appointment for her next cleaning which was scheduled for 06 FEB 18. I was handed an appointment card for that appointment. Going to the 06 FEB 18 appointment required me to leave work early, resulting in having to use earned paid time off and the loss of paid over time that day. My dentist retired so I thought I'd try Aspen for a cleaning. Place is a scam. They tried to charge me over $2,100 for BS. Place is low class, unprofessional, long wait. Will NEVER go back.
Very nice and pleasant staff. Do not like getting to the office and be told that my appointment was not on the schedule and it was booked several months ago and received an email confirming my appointment. The hygienist was there and went on and saw me.
Regretted going here from my second visit. Had great deal of pain from the original first step of the procedure and went to the office without an appointment seeking relief from the pain. Was told they only work from appoimtments, no exceptions, unless you're new money walking in. They scheduled an appointment for 9 days later--leaving me virtually incapable of eating for a week and a half--then to add insult to injury, they botchef the entire $4500 procedure. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but aspen dental.
I still haven't gotten my treatment plan. Staff was rude. Nurses forgot I had X-ray tools in my mouth for a while.
Front office staff is unprofessional (sleeping on the job). The staff kept me waiting an hour and a half for my first appointment and then they kept me waiting an hour for the second appointment. They are overpriced and schedule you for treatments that are unnecessary. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they are unprofessional crooks!
Today I was told that Dr. Patel at Aspen Dental in Midland, Texas would not complete my treatment plan. This dentist has refused treatment on the grounds that she was concerned about my health and the problems I had reported regarding adjustments and a reaction to the soft reline material. I went in 2 get a parcel n the dentist came in looked in my mouth n said I gonna have 2 pull all ur teeth out n ur gonna have dentures upper n lower n said I had 2 go c another dr cause I have cancer in my cheeks I told my wife really mind ju saw a dentist 2 weeks prior n they didn't say any thing I listed bunch of quacks in my books so needless 2 say I won't b back ENOUGH SAID
