The schedulers and front desk were incredibly rude when I initially called so I left an honest review about their behavior and unprofessionalism. Hours of phone calls with them to book a new patient visit so I could schedule a follow up dental cleaning. After the appointment was created by the scheduler, the front desk called and said "um good luck. we're booking out until next march for cleanings so you're just wasting our time if you don't need real dental work done." worst place I've ever had to experience. do your research and you'll see for yourself many stories like mine out there. I'm adult but I'm child size. even the temporary couldn't fit right was to big. the smallest mold they had was still big for me. yet they seem surprised I asked for new ones or my money back because they don't fit and yet they won't do anything about it. had plenty of time could of got a smaller mold before I had the permanent ones done and instead used the smallest size that was still to big. These people will screw you out of money and will blame 'their system being down' as to why they wont help you or assist you in any way with information you are entitled too. And I'm not the only one they've done this too. I got a tooth cleaning, and started receiving a bill saying I need to pay the entire amount of it even though my insurance would pay for it all. Why? Because apparently the person who cleaned my teeth was not in my network. I have been going through loops with them for the past 6 months to get the bill fix... read more
