Recommendedit was questionable it first because they said they received my paperwork when I didn't fill out any they also allowed some woman to come in that was not wearing a mask she had it wrapped around her wrist and then say anything to her but once I got in and had my x-rays and consultation everything was great people were very friendly and thorough prices were not too bad at least I don't think so I have not had much dental work done over the years they thought my teeth were great I would recommend them
Our 8 year old was seen today in the Mount Airy office.. Staff was very welcoming, kind and made our son feel as comfortable as possible. They did a great job on his cleaning and referred us to a pediatric dentist for his dental work needed.. Which was to be expected as they told me ahead of time. I felt they were very honest and upfront with costs which made me feel great as a first time patient. We give them a 5⭐️ and will definitely be back!
June 19 2023 was my first visit to, after receiving the proposed plan I tried to contact about financing remainder after insurance numerous times…. This place is a scam!!!!! Don’t go here! This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had! I called an got an appointment because my front tooth had a small chip I needed filled and I was told they’d have to do X-rays and an exam first! The woman on the phone was rude when I questioned that but I still booked the appointment! I went to this office in June 2023 for my routine dental cleaning. I was in the process of having routine, significant dental work done and was paying on a monthly basis for my care. Upon arrival, I went up to the front desk to check in. The individual working the front desk informed me that I was behind "2 - 3 months" on my payments and would not be able to be seen until I got caught up. I went in to have a crown fixed and they did a lot of X-rays and said I needed a special cleaning first !At the end of my appointment I was told I had to pay 750 upfront because insurance would not pay for that cleaning before they would even make the appt. should have been a red flag!When I got to appointment I was told I had to pay 50 deductible so again I payed it and went ahead so I called today and they have billed insurance for she said the other side of my teeth!I feel taken advantage of!And on website seen a price q... read more
My issue happened in Highpoint Nc but everyone gets a bad review. I have been waiting for a refund of $482 since July 19. The office never answers or returns calls. I have to call the 844 number. Their piece of mind promise is shit! According to management Janet They still haven’t even processed the refund they are basically stealing my money Don’t not use Aspen Dental sorry Mt Airy tell Highpoint to stop ripping off customers
They don’t rerun calls. Everyone I have spoken to over my Invisalign braces has no idea what’s going on. Have been trying to figure out where they are since end of March. Everyone has a different excuse. I spent a lot of money for these and simply want an update. Customer service is horrible. Forget calling corporate number to complain their line always says they can’t answer the phone because they are in training. Essentially I’ve wasted my money.
First I must say I love the actual Doctors at this office. But some of the staff not so much. I had an appointment (this was during the computers being down) which I waited an hour and half after my appointment time. They took back a walk-in before me. And patients who came in after me. When I asked they said the Dr was with those patients now and it would be another hour probably. So I decided to leave and they said they would call me when the computers came back up.
