The dentist and helpers were good and took care of me. But the planners and financial people acted like they did not want to take care of what I needed. I felt I was not spending enough money for their liking.

Leaving this for my friend- she went there recently, all she was wanting was a top plate done where she recently had her dentist pull last two of her teeth on top. Well she gets there, they take her insurance card after they already told her and me both there would be no charges to her insurance and no charges for anything at all today. So they took her back and did so many xrays, which they ended up hurting her mouth and made her gums swell up huge after this mess of nonsense they put her through.Then was place in a waiting... read more

They told me I needed to pay $1428 for partial deep cleaning and $7000 to replace 4 crowns. They told me it would take a month to get pre-approval from dental plan. Told me I had periodontal disease. All was lies! Went to other dentist and they did cleaning for $115, said I didn't have periodontal disease and I only needed one crown replaced. My total with 2nd dentist will be about $800 instead of the $8428 Aspen Dental wanted to charge. Have heard other horror stories of overcharging and doing unnecessary work. Don't patro... read more
