Nice staff, they just seem to run behind a lot. My average minimum wait is 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Nice and knowledgeable staff just need to work on getting people in closer to their scheduled appointment time.

I absolutely love the staff at Aspen, they understood my fear of dentist and made sure to take their time with me and was very understanding. I have already recommended them to a bunch of my friends and will continue to recommend them!!! Dr Katie is an angel is disguise and because of her I no longer have a fear of the dentist or sitting in that chair!

Was a great experience for me. They even watched my dog while I was Seeing the dentist. The staff there was great and answered all my questions and concerns

Im a new patient with Aspen and i have feared the dentist forever. The staff is lively, comical, and do their best to get your work done fast and ensure you are okay every step. Yes, they can be pushy when it comes to payment but I'm sure there is reasoning behind this. Corporate companies insist on getting $$$ up front. This office, you pay for awesome service. That means more to me than dollar cost. So yes, when you are a new patient you have to wait a while... why? Because typically your exam and xrays are free! They try ... read more

I had suffered for two years with a rear molar that the filling had come out of it. I called around for quotes and all were over what I could afford. I called Aspen Dental of Mt. Dora and made an appointment just 4 hrs. later. I went in and got the best service anyone could expect. The cutest Dentist pulled my rear molar without me knowing it. All for a price I could afford. Now, I'm giving them the best advertising yet,, word of mouth. Already family and friends are calling for appt. You are now my dentist...

I had to have a lot of dental work done so went to Aspen Dental and Dr. Katie and the rest of the staff are wonderful. I was very impressed with all the staff and the professionalism they showed. They made me feel completely at ease and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kind and compassionate dental group. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Katie and the rest of the staff is.

So far I have had my X-rays and exam and cleaning. I will be having 2 crowns done also. I find everyone at Aspen Dental very pleasure and caring. So happy I contacted Asoen Dental in Mt. Dora

I was in a lot of pain with one of my teeth and there weren't any appointments for 6 days, but I couldn't sleep or take the pain any more. I was able to take the day off to have my tooth taken care of and Aspen Dental worked me within an hour and I was out of there with no pain in an hour and a half. My wife had gone to Aspen Dental for the same reason and they were able to work her in as well. It's such a relief to be able to sleep with no pain and have no more pain with my teeth.
