after having a really bad experience when I was young, I have avoided going to a dentist for more than 20 years. I ended up with a bad tooth and I had no choice but to go to the dentist. THANK GOD I LUCKED INTO THIS OFFICE!!!!! They were all very sweet. The nurse that did my X-rays( i dont remember her name) was awesome, she was gentle and did it as fast as possible, because i was in a lot of pain. They are always friendly from the front check- in till the check out time. My experience with Oscar the Hygienist who was filling in for My regular one was really awesome and explained every step and recommended cleaning ways. Have always had a great experience at Aspen and life Dr Katie as my dentist in Mount Dora.
I appreciate the skills of Dr Katie and Isaac who provided my care for my caps... personable, patient and almost enjoyable!!! Thank you Isaac for getting my impressions added in during my last appointment!
I had to have my 20 year old dentures replaced. I did not wait long on any of my appointments and the staff was very friendly. The first set of wax dentures they made for me I did not like, but they made another set and I was pleased with them. I have Delta Dental insurance and it covered almost all of the cost of my dentures. I think I will have to go back and have my new set of dentures tweeked. Very pleased with the gentleman who cleaned my teeth - he was very thorough. The staff are friendly and I was taken in at the time my visit was scheduled.
