They constantly send a bill that we already paid. We are on our 5th invoice saying it’s past due. My husband had talked to them in person 2 times to get this fixed. I called them last month to have this corrected and Saturday we received the past due bill. Ridiculous

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Went in because I had a broken molar. They fiddled around with my insurance for 40 minutes on the phone (I had provided this information 2 days PRIOR to this appointment); they took me back to get X-Rays. No information to me at all yet, the girl taking the X-Rays, said she was helping out because they were short handed. I was told it was going to be $306.00 before I could be seen. I told the front desk person my husband has Delta Dental. Finally found insurance. I also had a a tooth from root canal that came out. They charge me $163.00 just to put a tooth back and the cement it. They also messed my care credit up and now saying I owe $800.00. So very FRUSTRATED with all this.

I was there 30 mins early for my apt..yet waited nearly 4 hrs to see the doc..and when she was with me she didn’t really focus on my treatment, and was in and out of the room in 5 mins really? The rest of the staff were making jokes and not very professional. The kicker is that they wanted to say my treatment plan was over 8,000.00 for one Root Canel and a cleaning?? Really? For crown replacement , there for 3 hours. Suppose to get teeth cleaned too. Had told them when made appointment need out by 9 am. It was 10:20 am after 7:35 arrival for 7:30 appointment. They removed old crown , lots of tooth prep then disappeared for hour. Unacceptable. Think short staffed. & never got cleaning. That being reschedule with permanent crown install. Temp crown is good but this way too long. More after next visit. But so far. Not satisfied due to length time for being there for services

Ladies were really nice. Make sure u r on time!! Was late 7 min. They either had reschedule (for the second time bcse the first time their system had a glitch n my appointment wasn't on system)...or wait. I waited 2 hrs. Only thing done was X-rays. Hope I don't get charge for them. My sister had a good experience but I'm very disappointed never happened to me before.

Please, please- if you're experiencing Any kind of dental distress stay away from this office. From the ineptitude of the office staff, to the general scam they're running- it's horrifically sad. Don't believe me? Ask for a consultation, then check out your itemized bill- trust me it speaks for itself. Can't say I've ever had a dentist charge me over $100 for a toothbrush I didn't ask for, nor want. I was given two prescriptions- both without my name on them, which could not be filled.
