Went to Aspen Dental this morning and everyone was so nice from the time I walked into the office. Dr. Butler was awesome and everyone that worked on me just made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this office. If you want a wonderful dental experience, this is the place to go!

I have had great experiences each time I visit this office! The staff are a terrific group of people. The services are always professional. Appointment times are always on time which is great for busy schedules! I want go anywhere else!!!!
Aspen Dental does everything they can to make going to the dentist a better experience and have a very caring team.
Horrible experience. Charged $1300 for what insurance wouldn’t cover paid that then got a bill that said $1500 and insurance paid some and I owe $800 more.

RecommendedI went to Aspen Dental Murfreesboro on Medical center pkwy in September 2022 within the week I was told I had to pay $4,000 in cash I was then given temporary dentures I couldn't get an appointment to adjust and for 9 months and still to this day June 2023 the Temporaries cutting my inside of my mouth then I got comfylites finally and to my horror I was sitting at work went to talk to a co-worker and the front tooth of the bottom dentures broke out!! better pricing, how is it good business model to charge returning patients quadruple the amount if they are not new? extraction was $200/tooth (with out insurance) compared to $19 for new customers. I understand the ruthless business tactic of it but to me its cruel when you don't have insurance and finding a decent price for emergency extraction is hard enough already

RecommendedI have the best team ever and they all do a wonderful job with my issues. The problem is the time stamped doctors excuse. After getting 5 teeth pulled at the same time, it stands to hold true that I will not be going in to work. If the note says 1hour… then I am AWOL for the other 7 hours. This is not good.
