I had an amazing first appointment here at aspen dental in Murfreesboro. To start off I’m horrible at getting X-rays and Curtis Owens was very sweet and patient with me. He is amazing at his job. I highly recommend if you hate X-rays to have him do them. Dr. Cheryl Coggins figured out all my issues and explained everything very well. She’s super sweet and funny. I will be making this my dentist office. It’s nice to go into an office and feel good. Especially when it’s a dentist office.

This place is amazing! Being new to the area and from a small town, we were skeptical of a chain dentist office. Today, the staff changed my feelings about this. My 3 daughters were pretty much spoiled with compliments, education on their teeth, and TIME! Ally, the hygienist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She explained things so well to our 7 year old that she’s ready to take charge of her teeth! Dr. Collins is nothing short of amazing! To be honest they found out things the other dental office in Spring Hill Tn missed.I was shocked! This office and staff are sweetest people and take their time. It’s worth it to have the proper care! I won’t go anywhere else. EVER ********** 10 stars from me very happy with Aspen Dental.

Murfreesboro Dental Office was amazing. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. My first visit and hate dentist due to my bad experiences. They got me calm down and relax. The dentist she is AMAZING she took her time with me even though they was running behind. I don’t have one negative thing to say even the staff loved Jessie and the new gentleman that was training was doing awesome also. Highly recommend
Dr Cheryl and the entire staff were more than just courteous, they took their time to fully explain in detail my procedures and why it was needed. At all times they ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. Keep these folks in mind when deciding when and where your wanting to schedule the next dental appointment.
Every one was very helpful and knowledgeable, very friendly, but the wait was terrible, I arrived at 10:00a.m. for my 10:15 appointment by the time I was done it was after 1 pm. I thought when you make appointment it should be scheduled for you to be seen at that time not hour later. If there was a good reason they should have explained there was a delay because and give reasons then it might not of been so bad waiting so long! Yes I would go back hopefully it was just one of those days!
My experience was good, staff was nice and professional. It's difficult to rate a 5 at a dentist office, I always find it stressful no matter what the consequences. I have dentures and really appreciate that they have a lab on the premises, I was able to have the dentures relined and ready in 4 hours. Will go back.
