😙I've been waiting for a few months to hear back from the office Mngr.there trying to make me pay for there screw-up with the insurance company.I've paid what i was told.Please the care was pretty good,but the office and billings isn't.I'm retired and can not afford to pay for theres screw-ups.again thet promise to call back twice in the last two months.CRICKETS...
Nothing but scams here. Don't pay in advance if they give you the option. Highly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to their services.

Made an appointment @ the Muskegon location because I was under the impression that covid protocols were in place, as per your website and confirmation email. When I got there the waiting area was full and only one person was wearing a mask. The receptionist/hygienist who took my info then assumed "no to all the covid questions". I'm not even aware of what the questions were. RecommendedUntil today we have had smooth sailing with lots of friendly faces. Brought my mother In for a appointment today and they said I could not go back with her. Last week, Thursday I did and all was fine. My 74 year old Mom even asked if I could go in and help her explain to Dr. Blaming the CDC, but I can take her to Walmart!!! Don't make sense!!!!

Always a BAD experience. Never get a correct bill - billed for work they did not do. Locked in because of only insurance option. Hygienist Jen needs to be replaced. I really miss EMILY !!!!!
The staff are professional and caring. When I arrived at Aspen Dental I was quoted a price of $202.00 for my visit. When I was ready to check out my bill was $409.75.
