On august 30 2018 I went in for a cleaning and xrays on three teeth i assumed everything was ok because nobody ever said anything. several month later in october I called them to see if anything was wrong they informed me that I had three cavaities that they never told me about. The bill for cleaining three teeth and xrays was $829.00. I recently received a advertisement from Great Lakes Dental Cleaning X-Rays & Fluoride Treatment $99.00. For the three filings the total was $659.00. I won't be back.
6:00 apt. There at 5:45 to do paperwork and register.. and left at 745pm without even having my teeth cleaned. Ridiculous. I get being patient and know they were busy, but c'mon... I saw patients come and go before me and after me. Not happy.
I want to warn everyone about Aspen dental. Yesterday I visited my family dentist. I had X-rays and a cleaning. Found a few minor issues and scheduled to get them fixed. Come to find out our new dental insurance isn't accepted there. Bummer. So, I get an appointment for Aspen dental. Tell them I just (less than 24 hours ago) had a cleaning and x-rays. Do not do business with these people They are lying ass crooks....
Very friendly staff. The only problem my husband had was they quoted him a price for his detail work. But when he was under and started to wake up because the dentist didn't get started on time they had to give him more med to keep him knocked out. Which that didn't bother us, but what did bother us was when we got a $600 bill in the mail for it. Because insurance didn't cover being put out so we paid for it in full up front to start with. I was very disappointed in the service. And more disappointed an equality of the Dentures. Would never go back. I recommend them to anyone.

I've been going here for a few years...I've got my upper dentures there...I had to go about 3 weeks ago to get a infected tooth out...Then had to go back today for another extraction on a broken tooth... they are by far the nicest group of people..The dentist will talk to ya and make you comfortable..All the girls in the office and the girls that get you ready for the procedure....You never feel ashamed or embarrassed....I will never go anywhere else
