My whole Family will not be going back to Aspen Dental of Muskogee. My Son’s original date of service was June 25th, Aspen Dental said they would get back With him when his Invisalign came in, but he has to contact them on 7/22 they said they would get back with him again it is now August 24 and he still has not heard from them but he has made his first monthly payment and has also received a bill for almost $500 the due date on the bill was the very next day. The staff needs to communicate better with each other. I was told my Invisalign was going to be in two weeks after 6/25 and they would call me when they are in. On 7/22 I call the office and was told they weren’t in because they still need to do more scans. I’m not upset that I still need to go through more scanning because I want them to get it right, but how hard was it to let me know that. I would’ve called sooner if they wouldn’t have told me they will get in touch with me.

It took nine months to finally get my upper and lower partials. The bottom partial is grossly discolored and looks bad. Due to a "clerical error" they tried charging me over one thousand dollars more. I called the hotline and said amount was "written off". Thank you, customer service! I hope the other issue with the bottom partial gets resolved, SOON!

UPDATE: I have been in contact with the company now and they are doing what they can to figure it out. Very nice customer service call center but not the ppl in the offices. So far I’m not happy. I had two root canals done couple months ago, signed how much I was to pay them, I paid my deposit then paid the rest off when I went in for crowns like I was told to do. Now couple months later they hit me with a $340 bill saying I owe more! I will fix my review if they fix their mistake but so far I have called 8 times can’t get ... read more

I took my son there to have his wisdom teeth taken out. I called at 4 that evening and was told to call the after hours number by the answering machine when the hours of operation were till 6 PM that day for the office. I did and proceeded to play phone tag with the supervisor for the next 2 and a half hours. To which I never received a call back. I finally had to take him to walkin clinic. And pay 140 .00 bucks for the Dr. to tell me I could give him pain meds every 4 hrs. Still never receiving a phone call from any Dr from... read more
Very informative. To expensive for poor people who has no credit. Needs a payment plan for poor people. Otherwise nice and efficient on finding out what is wrong.

I barely had any money I have no insurance and a wisdom tooth that was killing me I called all the other dentists office they said they couldn't help me. Aspen dental was the only one that would help me out you guys are awesome

I was just there 1nc,mmore for consultation than anything. Today i start gtn work done,i am excited bout that. While i was there ystrdy everyone was very nice n attentive. My husband n i went to another dental place a few weeks ago,My Dentist.
