Hey been sitting in the front waiting room for 25 min, no one in site, No One!! Phone is ringing off the hook..arrived early for my appt to update and etc as they advise you...Im walking out in 5 min if no one appears..If they are on lunch break then you should post it on the door or somewhere at the desk....Ive looked everywhere..
If you don't know what periodontal disease is your sure will at the end of the visit. I went in for minor chipped tooth and ended up getting a full xray exam. Not a problem it's free but I got a diagnosis evidently no of my other previous dentist's seen.. periodontal disease. Now I just had gotten an exam from an orthodontist last year and he told me everything with fine. My other dentist never saw an issue either. Yet this place seemed to find an issue. This location does not communicate well with patients or their insurance I went through three months of procedures at this location where I had several things done to fix some issues that I had with my mouth and I will set down by a young lady and told that my insurance would cover this much money and I would need to finance this much money I agreed to those terms and two months later I was sent a bill for over $2,000 said that my insurance would not cover it I told the young lady at the desk when I sat down that I would lik... read more

I had a long overdue dental appointment today. Aspen Dental is not only friendly but very professional. I had to have shots to numb my gums and never felt a one. That is unbelievable. Thank Aspen Dental I can smile again and eat things I haven't been able to eat in years.
