I know it sounds like an advertising gimmick, but I really have had great service at Aspen in Natick. I really dread going to the dentist. But the quality of the service and the genuine friendliness of the entire staff have made the whole experience a positive one.
The last time I went to the dentist was in 2012, yes it was aspen dental, but they weren't as good and thoughtful as they were when I had to go because of an infection, I walked in and told the girl at the reception desk that I needed an appointment as soon as possible plus I needed antibiotics and the dentist who I have never met before wrote me out one and the next day I had an appointment and I was fixed. I can not say enough about how wonderful the entire team is at Aspen Dental Natick. My husband is petrified of dentist and when he went in for service for vetrans they made him feel.so comfortable. We got a call that they picked Tony to do all is dental for no charge to us. Dr. Pezzolesi really went above and beyond and my husband has no pain and a smile that he is so proud of . I had to go in for some immediate dental issues .Girls at front,Laura and Elizabeth and everyone I came in contact with in both my visits were very helpful, pleasant and kept me calm.I am not good patient ,hate to go to doctors or dentists,unless extreme emergency.
