Was very happy with aspen dental went there with issue and they helped me make a decision on getting my new false teeth. I never liked the dentist until I visited Aspen Dental in Natick. The staff and the dentists that work there our true professionals and made my visits extremely comfortable on my way to a perfect smile.Thank You Aspen,Natick and Dr.Pezzolesi for a great job on my teeth like emoticon grin emoticon
I do NOT recommend going to this place because the dentist there Dennis Pezzolesi is an incredibly rude jerk, the typical Italian Massachusetts-Masshole so I’m not surprised by his gruffness really. But the guy actually yelled at me which was uncalled for. He talks in a condescending way towards his patients, and rushes you out of there. I even mentioned something to one of his assistants that I won’t be coming back to a person with an attitude as sour as his. They need to care the patient more
Waited over an hour for scheduled appointment. Other than that fine but place is like an assembly line. Dental assistants, surgeons, dentists runnung chair to chair. Had someone's elses teeth xrays up. My last visit.
After several visits to several other dentist I finally found somebody I could go to and feel comfortable, my insurance has recently changed and Aspen no longer takes my insurance so now I have to play the run-around game with somebody else because Aspen decides that they don't take certain insurances but the main issue here is the doctors don't listen to what you can and can't deal with the staff is wonderful but the doctors are not
Had an appointment today at 8am. Because of rain was late 14 mins receptionist told me (with a big smile )we can't take you because you are 15 mins late .�. Not 15, it's still 14 !! Yes .. due to a weather condition.. replied I. everywhere else it's 15 mins allowance . And of course it's fine when they make you wait for a half hour .. I asked her if she still can fit me in!! she could deff go and ask one of the doctors but she even didn't make an effort .
