The staff is very friendly, professional & understanding. My first visit was amazing. Even though I needed some major work done, the visit was relatively painless & I was able to get the work done on my first visit! I don't even have dental ins currently but they were very accommodating & set up a reasonable payment schedule. Compared to other dental offices in the area, Aspen was definitely the best overall experience!
First time visit in a very long time to a dentist office and the entire staff made it the most seamless and pleasurable experience I have ever had. From the receptionist to the hygienist/ortho to the finance clerk all 10s and smiles.

This was by far the best dental visit I've ever had. The staff is so friendly and patient and take the time to explain everything as needed. I've never had a dental staff who were all so caring and kind. They work with you and take the time needed. Thank you to the entire staff for making my appointment so stress free! I'm confident to say they're the best dental staff/office around!
My third visit: I had a cavity that was ready to end my life. It was causing me major pain, headaches, and even ear aches. I was spending my time trying to sleep when I wasn’t at work. PAIN! They were able to schedule to me the next day when I finally broke down (it’s all out of pocket for me$$) and called Aspen Dental. This Aspen Dental is exceptional. Doctor Altawaty is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and just an all around great person. When other dental offices, specifically 7 to 7 Dental in Cibolo, told me they could not help me and made me feel like I didn't matter, Aspen did the opposite. All the assistants are also exceptional and make you feel comfortable and at home. I am 74 years old and can attest that this is the best dental office I have ever been a patient of.
