RecommendedEveryone was helpful. MyKayla is awesome. She did everything she could to help. Dr. S is great. Not pushy at all. Laid out my options and left it to me to decide. everyone I came into contact with was great.
Wes there this morning 11/9/21 for a soft reline sat in chair for about 15 min then she came back said another would see me. 10 min later that person said I needed an exam and X-rays. I only have 4 teeth left and only wanted a soft reline. So I left very unsatisfied. Never will I recommend Aspen Dental. Thanks for nothing.

While Dr. Alba is sweet and thoughtful, the rest of the staff seems like it’s always their first time doing anything, simple procedures take far longer than they should and are incredibly painful for no reason (like a simple scan for a permanent crown taking over an hour — I was in excruciating jaw pain die weeks afterward). From what I can deduce, the front desk staff lies to cover inaction, and their office manager/regional managers have not returned calls asking for help over the last several WEEKS.
