Incompetent staff, simple procedures take far longer than they should and are incredibly painful for no reason, front desk staff lies, and office manager/regional managers don’t return calls asking for help. Office reeks of … diapers maybe? Just overall a miserable place.
Absolutely awful customer service. They chipped my wife's crown and the dentist refuses to even look at the tooth. They have been saying the dentist is in with a patient for 6 hours. They told us to come to the office to pick up the xrays and now won't do anything. They tried to sell us a 10 thousand dollar tooth repair and now won't return a call. Beware.

The Customer service representative was so unbelievably rude I was shocked. She actually told me to go back to my dentist in NY. I cannot reach anyone in Corporate to report this, but I will. I have never ever been treated with such disrespect and rudeness in my life! My tooth is still painful and at this time with what is going on it is a shame that anyone treat this way!

Extremely Rude office manager Melony raised her voice to me. I was a patient there. I had exrays, came back for a cleaning they did a good job they treated an abscess and told me i needed a root canal . In between appointments coronavirus got worst so i called and asked to speak to the dentist . Was told RUDELYby office mng, "the dentist doesn't return phone calls. THIS NAKOMIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE! THE DENTIST IS NOT QUALIFIED TO DO ANYTHING IN MY OPINION!!! THEY HAVE BLATANTLY CAUSED SEVERE MALICE AND SUFFERING! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAISM IN MY LIFE, EQUIVALENT TO A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY! I AM PERUSING A LAWSUIT AGAINT THIS SO CALLED DENTIST. Staff was very friendly, made appointment due to tooth pain and my regular dentist not being able to fit me in, wanted to have it dealt with before vacation. I was assured before hand that it could be, due to the computers being down I had to leave being assured of a call back… I did receive a call back and immediately tried to return the call to no answer, attempted to more times and left a message with no call back… Now I have an eight day vacation with excruciating pain
