I visited the orange city office. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by a professional from desk worker. We absolutely love Dr. Charlton and Oni the assistant. They did a set of x-rays and a consult with the dental hygienist. The manager took time to sit with us to go over charges and insurance. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

Terrible experience, overpriced, made me pay up front for a service i ended up cancelling the next day and they’re are making me go through hoops to get my refund of $2200 back!!! Freaking ridiculous. Went to a different facility and am saving almost $1200 on the procedure. Do your research folks, the office staff is also rude & heartless, no sympathy or understanding my frustration. Manager is saying the regional manager has to approve the refund, I HAD NOTHING DONE!!!!
They are just out to get your money. We paid in cash for services and instead of refunding the money, they want to give us a credit. Not exceptable. If you want to get bad service and get ripped off. Use them

I had an appointment today and 4pm. the receptionist claimed they called on Dec 9th, mind you I had this appointment for 6 months, and they claim they call 3 days before to reschedule, I have no missed calls or VM. I literally have to take time from work to make these arrangements and to go in and find out they canceled my appointment? it's ridiculous, and this is not the first time they did this. My husband had oral surgery today along with a bone graft done, and the dentist forgot to call his prescription in. He is home in pain with no antibiotic and no pain medication. We called and they said “We’ll page the doctor and you’ll hear back later.” Last summer was a nightmare with these people, but we gave them another chance and once again they dropped the ball and provided horrible service. NEVER AGAIN. Run away from this place FAST!

The incompetence that the accounting department at Aspen Dental in Orange City Fl. They Never got pre approval of the dental work that I needed to get they just assumed that it was covered they also try to bill my dental insurance on some procedures that they don’t even cover . Now they want to bill me an additional $658.00 for their accounting mistake . Give me a choice pay for their people not doing their job and following through or turning my bill over to collection.
