take medicare dental insurance and lower their prices!

I walked in to make an appt and I was told to sign in and sit down. I sat and waited and was never called. The lady at the front desk was not helping anyone else. After about 15 mins, I went up to her and told her that I wanted to make an appt for my son and I. She handed me a business card and told me to call to schedule my appt. I thanked her and left. I guess I’ll be going elsewhere.

WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Get it together or you will be losing a lot of patients. You don't treat new patients like the way I was treated. Plus, you definitely don't lie when your calls are recorded! RIDICULOUS!!!!
