Absolutely the worst office manager I’ve ever encountered at the Ormond Beach office. Extremely rude.. signed up for one price, paid my portion.. then Covid happened.. finally 7 full months later the work was done. I was told I had to refinance what I already was approved for because I did not make a payment within 30 days of first visit. Stick to posted prices and stop using bait and switch. Get nicer staff, they were rude and uncaring. The people with insurance get treated better. They changed prices on me three times. Went from $200 to $400 to $4,000 and wanted to finance me so they could get interest too. As far as I'm concerned they are rip-off, BE Careful and give it a lot of thought before you agree to any services from them. I went in for an emergency visit. I was in pain. The tech taking xrays was rude to me. I continually had to explain I was in pain and had open heart surgery and had complications and was unable to take numerous xrays. She did not listen. I ended up walking out and reporting her and that business.
I wanted a regular cleaning my insurance would pay in full. The dentist said my teeth were in pretty good condition with a few deep pockets. My insurance would not pay for a deep cleaning. When I explain that to Michael he would not give me an appointment and hung up on me.
Got the basic upper denture replacement. Within 6 months it cracked. They repaired that. Now a tooth fell out while eating a sandwich and I accidentally swallowed it. Called about it and was told I would have to pay for the repair. I've had dentures for 30 plus years and never had a tooth fall out. Not even a year old yet. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I had a filling that fell out the weekend before we were going home. Got an appointment for Monday for exrays and exam, getting filling on Wednesday and cleaning on Thursday. Needed a new dentist so I guess it all worked out.
