They sent a young girl home after numbing her mouth due to NO money.I am shocked. I still can not believe it.So now she has a numbed mouth & crying due to being humiliated and ashamed after they tried last week to pull it. but infection stopped them. So put on meds and told to come bk. at 7 am today only to be turned away in middle of the procedure.That like operating and stopping after being cut open! WOW
If you have too thick wallet which feels uncomfortable in your pants, this place will make it fit. If you are in emergency with severe pain and swollen face DO NOT expect to get any relief. The only thing they obsessed, worried and concerned is to generate multi-thousand dollar bill for corporation they serve and shove it in your face, taking advantage of situation and demanding to pay for it in advance even before procedures due. The worst experience!! I recommend getting a second opinion before having any work done.
I am on vacation from PA and I cracked a tooth. Everyone was very nice but I waited quite awhile. I had an appt for 2:00. I did not get out of there till after 4:30. I just had to have a tooth extracted. If it wasn't for the wait everything else was fine.
The people are constantly changing stop transferring them around! Fearful people like me need to build trust in our dental team!
I went here on a suggestion and found this place to be just horrible not living up to some of the reviews i read. It was as the dentist was going to do what she wanted and not even listening to me. I sat in the exam room for One hour and a half before the Dentist came in. Then felt she rushed through a plan of care that I did not need, and before you now it my little Partial Break turned into a 2 crowns one root canal and two fillings, REALLY! FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT I WAS ABOUT TO GO OUT THE DOOR WHEN THEY CALLED, CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT FOR THEN AND RESCHEDULING IT FOR TWO DAYS LATER. ON THAT NEXT APPOINTMENT DAY THEY CALLED OVER AND HOUR AHEAD OF TIME AND WANTED ME TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY.
