Get a second opinion if you have a concern with their results. Was told daughter needed a crown, had an infection. Switched back to our original dentist. ( new insurance had switched us.). Absolutely nothing wrong with her tooth. 19 and never had a cavity. GET A SECOND OPINION!!

A Bait-and-Switch office. Complete lack of customer service skills. Sold me a simple wisdom too extraction 2+ weeks earlier. Then all of a sudden he needs an oral surgeon and guess what we just got one on staff. When I questioned the timing the office manager said that if I wasn’t happy about it He would cancel the appointment and refund my money. He didn’t want to hear anything else about it.
Being new to the area, I decided to give this office a try as my new dentist. I broke a tooth over the weekend and was in pain, which brought on the visit. I already figured I would need to be put on antibiotics before the extraction could be done. I was okay with that. I showed up for my visit. I signed in and was brought back for X-rays. Took my 78 yr old mother in today to get her dentures fixed. The apt was at 3 we arrived at 245. The door was locked. As I was calling a guy pulled up and said he was on his way to lunch but he would open the door and let us in. She was the first person there. 3 other people walked in. They all went to the back before my mother and 2 of the people we’re done and gone before my mother even went to the back. They finally called her back at 400. the receptionist at the front desk don't acknowledge the patient when they enter the building, the wait time is to long if you have a nine o'clock appt be ready to be seen at ten.

Visit when smooth for me. Got x-rays and cleaning. The dental hygienist was nice. They always offer me fluorid treatment (not free). I always say no. I read as you get old , the fluorid treatment might be beneficial. The dentist said my teeth are in good shape. I will wait for the treatment.

Talked bad about my insur with each other with me sitting there like I wasn't even present. No respect for patients. I could see my granddaughter get xrays from chair in waiting room. No privacy. I ddn't want to go to a large chain dentist but my options in Owasso were limited and I wanted to be seen more quickly. I decided to give them a chance, I should have googled the company before i made the decision to see this dental office. A quick google search shows this company is wrought with corruption and they have even had a class action lawsuit taken against them.
