I don't even think this place deserves one star. Never in my life have I had a place call to reschedule appointments practically at the last minute so many times! In the past 2 years they have done this at least 4 times which has caused a huge inconvenience for my family, missing school or work. Needless to say we are searching for a new dentist today.

I already hate going to the dentist! I had the WORST experience here EVER! I will never go back. I had a workman's comp issue with my tooth... I HAD to go to them. I would show up only to find out it had been rescheduled... multiple times! I had to take off work for most of my dental appointments so that was hard to deal with. My husband had 2 fillings done in 2013, since then has had to go elsewhere for two root canals as a result of the dentist drilling too deep and damaging the root. He also had to go back twice because of extreme pain and was told there was nothing wrong. Come to find out, there was a piece of his tooth embedded in his gums from when the fillings were done and not cleaned appropriately and caused an infection in his gums. Do not use this place for any procedure, not even a basic cleaning! My son has been in and out of the hospital since having some extractions done this past Saturday. They knew he had an abscess from the X-ray and didn't prescribe antibiotics, they have tried saying that they pull infected teeth all the time!! Worst dental practice ever. They pulled infected teeth, which you are not supposed to do. I ended up at the er vomiting, fever and had a seizure. Then they tried to play it off as no big deal and the office manager got an attitude with my dad. They don't want to take any responsibility for anything. They offered to refund the money we paid so far, but it's not about the money. They need to take responsibility for what they did. Not just just say it's not a big deal but here's your money back. ABSOLUTELY MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH. MY WIFE, A SR MASTER SERGEANT IN THE AIR FORCE, TOOK A A DAY OF LEAVE TO COME IN FOR HER APPOINTMENT. SHE WAS IN PAIN AND SHE NEEDED A ROOT CANAL. SHE CALLED 3 DAYS PRIOR AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. SHE SHOWS UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND THE STAFF KNOWS NOTHING. Aspen dental sucks their payment agreement is know good they send you bill demanding payment or they will send your account to a bill collector or lawyer if do not pay in full will finding a new dentist will not be going back to aspen dental again
