Very easy people to work with, thanks everyone, definitely recommend going to this place for and dental care, also very knowledgeable about their work which makes everything very easy. Also Liz is the best!!!
They were 30 min late calling me back for my appointment. My appointment was for a tooth cleaning. They did their x-rays and said I should let them remove my wisdom teeth that have not been any issue for me since they came in. I said no, I will keep my teeth, and they escorted me back to the lobby, ending my appointment. I said that I came in for a tooth cleaning. I was not told that they have a no show policy ,we were moving after 30 years..which resulted in 5 missed appointments.2 were because of their inability to communicate with the main office ..I got penalized for their screw ups!! then they refer me to their nine mile office were they said I wouldn't have to be a walk in everytime I come..and guess what! Very disappointed. I had a cracked tooth and walked out with an estimate of $20,000. What a financial rip off place...not a health care provider.

I went to Aspen on Nine Mile Road after recently moving to town. I went in to have a "dead" tooth extracted in which most of the filling had come out and the tooth had cracked. They told me that I first needed to have gum treatment which would cost me $1100 upfront. Mind you, I have all 32 of my teeth, with no other problems, no cavities, but the dentist seemed more focused on removing 4 of my wisdom teeth which were fine. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance for a cavity fill. They called me a few days before and asked if an hour later worked. The night before my appointment they called and asked to reschedule to a week and a half later. Now the night before THAT appointment, they ask if ANOTHER day can be rescheduled. I took time off each time for this and while I understand having to be flexible, this is extremely disrespectful to my time.

i had an appointment for 10:30am for some partial so the exam was free but waited for almost 2 hour that's after the X-ray no one even check up on me and to even see if I was ok or to tell me that the doctor had emergency surgery there 3 doctors there and no one could help me or tell me to reschedule.
