RecommendedEveryone is so friendly and polite. Very nice surroundings and very clean. Parking is good,restroom is clean. Equipment is up to date and people are very knowledgeable. Everything was explained very well so I felt at ease. Host was very kind and made you feel at home.

RecommendedI love the E nine mile location! I had a broken tooth for over a year, and never got it dealt with. I was eating lunch and I got the worst pain ever after getting food lodged in my broken tooth. I was really lucky to get an appointment in the them the next day. I wasn’t sure if they took my insurance, but Janice is the best!! As I was balling my eyes out from the pain, she called my insurance and made everything super easy and stress free! RecommendedI was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but those reviews have to be on other locations. My location at 9 Mile Road, Pensacola FL WAS FREAKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! I have been terrified of the dentist since I was very young, but EVERYTHING puts you at ease from the cleanliness of the facility to every single staff member. Rated one star because zero isn’t possible. They have completely disregarded and missed any original deadlines set. I have been waiting for a permanent crown for over a month beyond the original set date. I have called at minimum 6 times and been told they will call me back with information and that has yet to happen. They have no problem sending additional bills in the mail but cannot be bothered to return a phone call. Would not recommend
