I stand by everything I stated in my first review of Aspen Dental Offices @ Airport & Nine Mile Roads! Today was entirely, a very short visit. My point of contact, was Brandon. This gentleman was very welcoming to me. And, if you remember, the first review, these people,probably, don't appreciate me @ all! I went to Aspen on nine mile after moving to town last year. I've been to the dentist every 6 months for the last 30 years. My dental health was very good but Aspen said I had an issue with my gums needing special cleaning and treatment. Also, I had to buy special toothpaste and mouthwash that had to be purchased from them. Additionally, I would have to come back every 4 months rather than every 6 months. Beware! Quotes given were not accurate, almost double the cost. Bills sent when we owed nothing. Office Manager, Brian Estrada, refused to print statement showing we owed nothing. Could not find corporate number easily to report unusual business practices at this office. Never doing business with them again.

Was left to wait over 30 minutes in waiting room. Other patients came in after me and were seen. I had to take pto to come in at this time, so they should respect my time when I arrived on time for my appointment

I scheduled a basic appointment (dental checkup) in October for December because that was how far out they were booked. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment had been cancelled because of "no confirmation" EVEN THOUGH I spoke to an employee two days prior and we discussed the appointment and cost and directions (thus confirming the appointment). They asked me if I would like to reschedule. I did not and I will not attempt Aspen again. This was a huge disappointment and waste of time; don't waste your time here.

Once again I'm disappointed by the bs of Aspen Dental. They are a big machine out of who knows where. I called to schedule a teeth cleaning and a spoke to a lady out of NYC for some reason when I'm in Florida... she says they need to schedule an initial visit before I can schedule a cleaning and it's gonna be $400 out of pocket because my insurance only covers cleanings. Wtf!?! I just wanted the cleaning covered by my insurance and not this other bs. Lady said no exceptions. Beware! Don't go!!

I am so angry with this place . They had me in tears now for the last time. I have been a patient of theirs since last year. I have been nothing but a bank roll to this place. All of my issues I have been bringing to the table they never addressed. I paid for what I was told be be services in full . Then when I ask what is going on with them serves a month or a few months depending on the service that I only paid for a part of the services and if I want to have this service I need to pay more money. If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. I had a filling done by the dentist Swati Gandluri two weeks ago. Yesterday as I was brushing my teeth, the filling fell out. I called the office to have the issue addressed on an emergency basis, as I was in pain, and bleeding. The receptionist was enraged that I needed an emergency appointment. She screamed at me over the phone, talked over me, and refused to listen to what I needed to tell her. She then put me on the phone with the office manager who did listen, and told me... read more

Do not go here AT ALL! One star is being generous! I waited for over 40 min in a patient room for the Dentist to finally appear for 10 seconds and then asked the hygienist TO SET THE ROOM UP for an exam. WHAT??!! Then he leaves - I wait an additional 30 MINUTES for him to return tap on my tooth for a pain exam and then refer me to a specialist because he tells me "they are specialist - do you understand?"
