I had 3 appts scheduled from end of April through May 2nd for my son. Their system has been down since April 29th. I prepaid for a service Im yet to recieve. The worst part is I showed up for all 3 appts being turned away 2 of the 3 appts. Then the 3rd appt to find the location closed/locked with a notice on the door. Today is May 10th with no idea if this location is permanently closed or whats going on. 🤷♀️
Contacted Aspen dental looking for an emergency appointment for a tooth that needed removed the operator scheduled me with this office and assured me that I would be able to have my tooth extracted that day & my X-rays would be free since I was a new patient . I got to the appointment and was immediately charged what I thought was the price of my tooth extraction, well I was wrong . They are rude and shrewd. I had to pay a significant amount out of pocket with dental insurance. The insurance paid and I was to get a refund which after 30 days I have still not received. When I call to speak to someone the receptionist is rude.
