I got a temporary crown put on a back molar yesterday and it shaddered and my tooth is exposed, they said that it's not an emergency and they can't get me in till November 1st.

I had a root canal done about 18 months ago. I was quoted an out of pocket price based on my Dental insurance...only to find out I had to wait a year before my insurance would cover any parts of that procedure. Aspen Dental was going to absorb any amount that wasn't covered by their finance company, you have to appreciate that kind of customer service...fortunately it didn't come to that. I had services at Aspen Dental in Perrysburg, OH over 1 1/2 years ago and am STILL dealing with the aftermath of their billing mistakes. They overcharged me versus what I was quoted, their credit card company charge me more interest than what I was quoted, they submitted a bogus crown claim to my dental insurance for a date of service when I wasn't even living in Ohio any longer, I can't get ANYONE to return my phone calls especially the Manager. My son went here to get a wisdom tooth pulled. After 2 Hours the tooth still in there. Several cuts in his gum, could barely open his mouth. They even drilled into the tooth to try and break. sent him home with no antibiotics and pain pills. Who does this? Sunday and he was swollen and in a great deal of pain. Told him to come back in about 20 days??

I had an appointment for me and my son. They told us to arrive 15 minutes early and we did. I don’t know why because we waited in the waiting room for over a half hour. Then another half hour to get X-rays, then another half hour for the doctor, then another half hour for the hygienist. If you value your time do not go here. We were there for over two hours and still barely started with my “well visit check-up”. After two hours I could wait any longer and left. Horrible experience. Went in with a toothache and infection. Very simply I wanted this resolved and some information regarding dentures. First, I had to go through a full set of xrays. We got about halfway done, I said I was done and was here for a specific problem. The doctor came in an made it clear if the full set was not done I would not be treated. Dr. Zagorec is fantastic. I do not leave reviews hardly often but I am so very pleased with him, he is a wonderful and compassionate dentist. And the office staff is absolutely fantastic. I give Aspen Dental in Perrysburg 5 ⭐️ for sure.
