Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Was happy with the dr. but very unhappy with the office manager and his attitude and refusal to help regarding bill inaccuracies. Blew me off completely. Originally rated a one star. I was able to go to the company and resolve the issue, a very nice woman helped correct the issue quickly and easily. Because if this I will give the company another chance, however i certainly will not be returning to the pinellas park location as long as Mark works there.
I am no longer afraid of the dentist. After some experiences when I was younger, I dreaded the dentist. I also wasn't sure about going to a dentist that was part of a chain. I tried Aspen Dental in Pinellas Park on a friend's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised over and over. The staff was very gentle and kind. At times that I expected pain, there was hardly any. Had excellent service and very friendly people! I'm glad my son went and encouraged me to get some work done.
The service is good, BUT the exam chairs are very uncomfortable. My butt hurt the whole time sitting and laying down. Get better chairs guys!
All the staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. Inga was very gentle with the xrays.

First visit. Hadn't been to a dentist in years. But my wisdom teeth were hurting and I knew I needed basically everything done (cleaning, filling, teeth pulled, etc). Did all the Xrays and talked to the doctor and hygienest and they explained everything that was going on. Hygienest was nice but I did feel a little like I was being talked down to like a child.
