My experience with the dentist was great, but it went downhill when the lady explained the plan to me. She was explaining it quickly, it took me awhile to process what she was saying. I would suggest as she explained the plan that is needed she should express some concern and explain it slowly that one can understand it.

PLEASE buy an extra small fitting tray. I was told I have an extra small mouth but you don't have that size tray. I looked them up online they are easily available and you will have much happier customers with right size and Right fitting trays. Andrea is awesome...
I just walked out from getting a molar pulled. Dr. Buchanan put me at ease and I never felt the needle going in. The best dentist Ever and the staff was so nice and helpful, just as pleasant an experience you could wish for when going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Buchanan!
My only concern es the manner in which They explained a billing. It should not have been in front of other clients. It was poorly explained and I still don't understand it. Bet dissatisfied with this aspect only
In my opinion the best in the area. Great friendly staff willing to go out of there way to make you happy. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
Aspen dental has been great! I have been afraid of dentists since childhood which made my teeth in sad shape! Aspen does frighten me after the first visit! I recommend the one in Pooler highly!! That's the one I've been to!
