My initial visits with Aspen Dental in Pooler, Georgia were quite pleasant. However, there was an issue that I had asked to be corrected. Unfortunately, I had to ask more than once because the correction was never made. And it still has not been corrected! This place has to be the biggest joke ever! I rather pay out of pocket than deal with this company! My first time dealing with this company they scheduled me on a Friday at 1. As I was getting ready to walk out the door. I received a phone call from Aspen telling me they had to reschedule me because "they forgot" they closed early on Friday😕😕 Then they say they can't reschedule me until a month out. My husband went to have a tooth pulled. Charged $265.00 and then they billed the insurance company. So they have been paid twice. Contacted them to refund my $$ still wasn't done. Tried to call today and the phone just rings and rings. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
If you are looking for someone entitled, rude and dismissive, Dr Patel is you doctor. No bedside manner at all, but like she said when I asked to watch her tone “this is my practice” so it means that you should take her rudeness or take your money elsewhere, I am taking the second option

Absolutely Horrible! My husband went for a simple cleaning and to have one tooth pulled. He was charged $1600 for a $400 max deep cleaning. They also refused to do a simple cleaning until this $1600 deep cleaning was done by them. All of this after using extremely high pressure scare tactics of “If you don’t do this you WILL loose your teeth”. “They will fall out without this!”. Oh, but you do get a “free” toothbrush that “comes with the service” that you get charged $140 for. Hands down the worst dental experience.
Not reliable and professional. 01/13 was the third day after treating the tooth cavity. After taking the anti-inflammatory drug for two days by myself, it was still swollen and painful. This is a very scary treatment experience. I am worried that my facial nerve injury will not be good again. Dr. Patel injected too much anesthesia medicine, 4 shot in the left face and 2 shot in right. I feel numb that it lasted for six and half hours. I can't feel my lips, chin, nose, cheeks. I wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental. I don't know them, but they are asking me to make an evaluation while I am about one ocean and 5000 miles away from them. I hate spam email
