I had another dentist,whom i've seen for several yrs.,tell me at visit that i needed 5 teeth extracted.I was horrified,and couldn't believe it.I was given a list of providers to do the procedure.After calling all of the providers,none could do it,due to my insurance.i put it off for a few months,due to other problems.I called Aspen Dental on 10/23/17 and they said they had an opening on the 25th of oct.All of the staff were very polite,and helpful.I had xrays done,and when I saw the dentist,she said i had one bad tooth,not 5... read more

It was not a very good experience, I booked an appointment on Thursday for a simple extraction to be done on Tuesday at $124.00 including the xray ( similar to a past extraction done in the Latham Office). I however was in pain so I walk-in Friday to see if I could be helped then. I was told the information given to me on Thursday was NOT correct, my appointment was just for a simple visit and if an extraction was necessary another appointment would be made. This place advertises that they are open Saturday and to call with emergencies. When you call them they tell you, oh too bad. We don't care that your mouth is so swollen you can't talk. But we can see you next week. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy.

My dad just had his teeth taking out and he went back for his visit, and they told my dad that they added 2 thousand dollars on his bill, Im sorry that should be included in his bill. He didn't ever stay for his appointment
Was happy the way they got you right in and took care of and listen to what you wanted done until they lied and said I would be able to wear my teeth the same day not so very upset that I ended up having to work without teeth for a week because they say they can't do anything until then why lie about stuff to start with as I never would have went through if I knew this
