Forgive me for the rant...I do not normally bad mouth anyone or any business. We all have bad days but I can’t stress this enough-NEVER go to Aspen Dental. Never!! They are rude, extremely overpriced, incompetent, and not gentle or considerate at all when doing xrays. They cut the roof of my mouth with the X-ray tools 3 days ago and it still burns today. Also the staff was complaining about my insurance company keeping them on hold waiting for authorization. (Like that is my fault. It’s the only insurance my husband’s employ... read more

I PAID THIS ASPEN DENTAL CASH FOR MY TEETH. DO NOT TAKE MY INS. I GO BACK YESTERDAY 2/22/2018 TO HAVE THEM FIX THEM, AND THEY TELL ME NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME. WELL REALLY, WHEN YOU PAY THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL DO WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR 1 YEAR. AND IT SURE HAS NOT BEEN 1 YEAR AT ALL!! Have bad experience with my dad. They are price gouging.
Dentist refused to speak with me on my first visit.
First I will start by saying I received an appointment after calling for pricing ahead of time on dentures with extractions. I arrived and completed my paperwork, and was taken in for X-ray's promptly by a very kind and sweet girl Stacy. She did a great job! After that I sat in a room for 15-20 minutes waiting for the dentist to come in. Stacy was in and out making notes about my X-ray.
