I have to say I hate going to the dentist, it's scary to me, yes I am a weenie lol. This was just my 1st visit yesterday. So far so good.. It was at 12:45, I was in the back at 12:45. Got xrays 1st she was nice & easy with me, went to the room to wait for the dr which didn't take long. She was very thorough when she explained what needed to be done & when I got alittle confused about the partials she went & got a mold to show me. Very nice, I really liked her. I think they gouge with their prices!! They would not clean my teeth without scaling!! I have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months for years & only changed because of insurance!! I took my x-rays to another dentist & was told I didn’t need scaling!! It was only a ploy to get extra money!! I only wanted my teeth cleaned & was told they wouldn’t without scaling! Who knew you had to pay extra for white instead of yellow teeth, my choices looked like Mr. Ed on crack!!! But I could have white if I gave them another 100$, this was after I had paid in full, up front, never go back , do not recommend, my daughter had problems with crowns also

Normally I like Aspen Dental, but today was a nightmare, went in to have two teeth pulled, my appointment was at 10:15, and they did not start working on my teeth until I started to walk out the damn door at 12:05. I prefer Dr. Diamond at this office as he was the first person i met there when i originally needed to have two teeth pulled due to them breaking. Right now I am at home in a lot of pain, unable to swallow, so unable to take pain meds, so i'm literally fucked right now until the numbing fully wears off. Don't get ... read more

I never write bad reviews on companies but I couldn’t stop myself on this one. Only went in because my regular Dentist is sick. I have a diagnosed abscessed tooth. I waited for 2 hours (not an exaggeration) and they ultimately did nothing. The Office Manager was not flexible or very understanding in working around my work schedule which was important to me. They disregarded my level of pain/discomfort as evidenced by not doing ANYTHING. Also, the Office Manager told me even to schedule a procedure there, I would have to pay ... read more

I went in with a tooth ache and left 2hours later with a tooth ache! I wanted 1tooth pulled not 3thousand plus dollors worth of work done. NOT happy. Still have a tooth ache!

I came in to discuss relining dentures with my Grandfather. Even though we didn't make a purchase during our first visit, Aspen Dental's staff was very warm, welcoming, and kind. I recommend them whole heartedly. I plan on moving my dental care here in August for my next cleaning.

Very nice staff. Dr. Diamond gave me several treatment options and there was no pressure to decide immediately. This is where I will go for my regular dental care.
