Expects 18 year old male with no dentistry education to know his tooth is infected because it’s ‘common sense’. Expects everything is about money when a complaint is filed. Genuinely wanted to know why it wouldn’t be disclosed if an infection is present and why they were going to pull it and felt degraded in my concerns to the age of a toddler. Today, at 12:00pm, I went to Aspen Dental for an appointment scheduled online. On arrival, the receptionist told me that she could not find my appointment. After more searching, she informed me they had no record of me having scheduled any appointment. I had both confirmed my appointment by email, and filled out the pre visit paperwork. After making me wait for almost 2 hours for my appointment I was then informed I was misled about the cost of my visit. I now understand why there is a major class action lawsuit against this company. Incompetence is one thing, shady business practices is another!

So friendly and their work is so detailed! I’ve had questions about a tooth and without hesitation they allowed me to see my X-rays and went over my concerns!!

Everyone here is SO nice, sweet, and welcoming. They laugh with you and really help ease any worries. The Dentist is also such a kind individual who really aids in keeping you chill and reassure. A very calming environment. Glad to have found this place!

I do not recommend aspen dental, if you didn’t know but they get commission on the work they do on you, so as a 21 year old girl when I went in and they told me I needed 6,000 dollars worth of work done I was shocked. I got a second opinion at my old dentist that I know would be honest and I needed a total of two cavities which was gonna cost me about 40 dollars total. Thanks but no thanks. Glad I decided to go else where.

My brother was using their services until they had to cancel their services 3 times. The first 2 times without telling us. They claimed they tried to call to confirm the appointments, which they did not. We even confirmed they had the right number. We had to sit and wait in our car for a long time, because they said we could sit and wait to see if someone randomly cancels cause its appointment only.
