I was there today, had an extraction, everyone from the receptionist, hygienists, Doctor and office manager.. they all explained everything and was so patient with such a wimp! I would highly recommend to anyone who weds dental care... this place is a 10 star including their staff! Makes it easier going back to get rest of the dental work done with the staff that is there! Thank you Aspen dental of Richmond! You all rock!
I've recently had to transfer dentists due to moving and whatnot and Aspen was a great choice. Today I had a tooth extraction but everyone was calm and understanding with my concerns and helped ease the process as much as possible. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable and if someone doesn't know something then they can point you in the right direction. Also, Kelsey and Marlana are wonderful people who know how to correctly pronounce my name so they get bonus points.

I had such a lovely experience here. It was my first time seeing them and I knew I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed. I don’t have dental insurance and they have a promotion right now that uninsured first time patients receive an intital exam, x-rays, and treatment options for free. The office is immaculate, modern, and welcoming. All of the assistants were very friendly and pleasant. I wish I knew the name of the doctor who discussed my surgery with me. This office is amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and they explained everything that they were doing. They never got frustrated with me even though I was crying my nerves were so bad!!! I want to give Marlana a special shout out for talking me through the insurance part and making sure I wasn't out of pocket more than I had to be. She help to keep me calm while waiting also. They are amazing and I highly recommend them!!! This was the Richmond KY. Location
