Outstanding care and service from the Richmond office after I broke a tooth. They need to work on scheduling too much time in the chair they run in and out like they have two people going at one time or its "excuse me i got to go take care of something" i want them to take care of me i have health problems and dont need to worry" j hope when i go back on the 20th they are more organized and make me feel less worried
The hygienist, Whitney, did an excellent job with scaling and cleaning my teeth. She went above and beyond, was extremely nice along with the rest of the staff. They always have a smile on their face, always have something nice to say and are willing to help you in any way.
So just moving to a new state and having to find a dentist, can be scary. I went to my first appointment and loved the fact they are so transparent and non-judgemental. Clean office, staff is willing to answer questions thoroughly without judgement (after all it is your mouth) and willing to work with you in developing financIal plans to make your smile great!.
I went yesterday. I love the office staff and Dr. I was taken care of with the best care. I recommend that anyone looking for a new dentist? Please check them out.
I have never had a more comfortable and enjoyable dental experience. They took all my anxiety away and turned my dental exam into a positive experience. Recommend them above all others. I will have all my dental work done here and i will send everyone I know to this office.
