Professional, Fast, Friendly, and Affordable was more than I was could have hoped for when my tooth decided to betray by becoming infected on a Saturday. They were able to do my root canal with very little discomfort and return my quality of life by Monday.

staff was super helpful but they said they’d call me an hr after I left to schedule another appointment. I have not heard from them. They NEVER answer the phone when I try to call. I have tried I kid you not like 50 times to get in contact with them today. I am over it and will move on to a different dental office because this is more than frustrating. Would not recommend Aspen dental literally because the communication SUCKS!!

Be aware of their hidden fees, plus they do charge for services not even provided. They charged me for a tooth build up but then didn’t do that since the plan changed the day of. Then they wanted to do a new plan but was total there was no cost, come back again for an almost $300 visit cost. Aspen is a beyond joke. They don’t do good dental work. I have been in the process of getting partials, which cost over $3,000, for the last six months. They lost my first mold in the mail. The second they did through images. There have been so many mishaps but I had hope I’d like the finished product; I don’t. The 1st & 3rd photos are teeth Aspen dental made for my top & bottom partial. The 2nd & 3rd compared to the ones made at a dentist which takes M.A. Aspen Dental told me they skipped teeth “because of the size.” The result is atrocious. Worst place I’ve ever been to. They keep randomly cancelling appointments that I’ve had scheduled for at least a week. I had an appointment to get my teeth checked this morning because I can’t continue straightening my teeth unless they fix a hole in my tooth and they just won’t stick to helping me . I DONT recommended and I am very disappointed and pissed off 😤 😠

I got my new dentures on Tuesday and I am so happy. They look so amazing and I am no longer embarrassed about how my smile looks. The staff were so great and made me feel comfortable about the whole experience.

So to start off when I made an appointment it was canceled 3 times!! Finally when I got in there to get a few fillings done after a couple weeks of tooth pain I was told it’s “a normal” healing process. So here I am, over a year later and I still chew on the right side of my mouth!! I will never go back here. And my fiancé also got his wisdom teeth removed here and the dr denied him ANY pain meds even when he had a dry socket!! Are you kidding me!! HORRIBLE PLACE! So do not waste your time!
