After receiving a call from the office this AM, concerning my our appointments, and listening to an over zealous condescending receptionist, that tried to talk above me, and wouldn't even listen to what my wishes and concerns were. It was fucking terrible. The dentist half assed my procedure the first time so I had to go back yesterday. The girls at the front are completely unprofessional. I've never went to the dentist in pain and left in even more paun. I've also never went to a dentist who doesn't want to prescribe pain pills or antibiotics. I will NEVER go back to this location again!!! This is the worst Aspen Dental ever!!!

My excitement at starting with a new practice quickly turned sour when there was a nearly 100% turnover in both office and dental staff in the first 12-18 months. That speaks volumes about a business. Add to it some office management incompetencies and dentists that are more about $ than what's best for the patient and this is a disaster waiting to happen. I have been dealing with a billing problem since October. To say I am a dissatisfied customer would be a huge understatement.

Worst dental experience. Took my daughter to have a root canal, crown, and filling taken care of. Should have been done in 2 appointments and they still didn't do everything in 3. Was told we would have to come back. We paid for everything up front and keep getting drug along. We are taking our business where the customer is the priority.

I would never recommend Aspen Dental. My dentures are good but the office manager is very rude. On my visit in April or May I was told my next visit would be to pick up my bottom dentures. They send you 4 email, 3 text and calls you to confirm your appointment. I called them 2 times about my teeth and was told they would get back to me. Never happened.
