Everyone was friendly and made you feel comfortable in a anxious situation.
They are great at Greece office!! Everyone in the office is very nice and comfortable to talk to. Didn't feel a thing with the doctors did my cleaning and filling. And I hate the dentist. I will always go back.
Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. they tell you that you will go home with teeth same day what they don't tell is that's if they measured your teeth correctly and if not you must make an appointment which is next available they don't put you in a slot directly after so you may go weeks without teeth the Dr is out or appointments booked up

I went to them a few years ago to have a tooth pulled. The dentist bedside manner was a lot to be desired. WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD STILL FEEL THE DRILLING HE GOES " THATS NOT PAIN THAT IS PRESSURE! YOU'VE HAD TEETH PULLED BEFORE! ALL THE OTHER DENTIST I HAVE GONE TO JUST GAVE ME A SHOT OF MORE NOVACAINE. Needless to say I was shaking & upset when I left the office. Not be condescending to potential customers ( Cynthia). Not try to charge 200 for electric toothbrush without consulting customer. maybe offer 20 % discount to those w/o insurance as advertised who dont ask ??

Aspen needs knowledgeable staff, every visit was always a sh*tshow, staff not knowing how to perform simple tasks, always seems unorganized. I recently visited for something other than a cleaning, the doctor told me that I had an infection in my root and needed a root canal, a small surgery procedure, and a new crown. This was only after I was finally able to hear her, because her cell phone was ringing in her pocket next to my ear, no bother to silence or leave it elsewhere. Total joke of a place.
