Made an appt to get a filling replaced. Got there just so the dentist could check it, even tho they were the ones that told me I needed it, just to be told he didn't have time today & I would have to make another appt. Go back for filling, afterwards I was told I needed scaling & cleaning. Told them I cannot afford scaling so lets just schedule the cleaning for now. They are very expensive. $169 for cleaning is too much. In addition they were doing it over to appointments. I'm a senior citizen and I was spoken to as if I were a five year old child. I felt like I was a product being pushed down an assembly line. Having told them multiple times I can't afford it I'm still getting contacted they told me I don't understand my treatment plan. I understand perfectly well $169 for a cleaning is too much money and not something I can afford

Staff, Technician and billing specialist were all very pleasant. What wasn't pleasant was the info i was told. I have a bad tooth in the back right lower. My option was to pull it. OK great, I thought. But their earliest appointment to do this procedure? June 22nd. Unacceptable. A full month I need to sit in pain and or take pain meds. No thanks. Like I said, the Staff was pleasant. Time Frame in my case is absurd.

Totally sucked: I can’t afford the plan and at no time were any other alernative options offered or discussed which would be the ethical proposal method without me having to ask. The poor person at check out had to watch me fight back tears and offered me a credit plan as she has been trained to do which does not make it any more affordable. The cost is the cost. I have called ASPEN Dental on West Ridge Road SIX times to set up an appointment ~ I am a long-time patient at that location ~ and they REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK!!!! I lost a crown they installed and they REFUSE to call me to set up an appointment to replace that crown!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!

Aspen on a whole has incredibly misleading billing practices, push unnecessary procedures, and have no sort of record system that connects with their other offices for medical information or scheduling information. That being said, Dr. Basha at the Greece location is fantastic and very kind. He always made my experience a pleasant one. Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.

I went into the dentist as a walk-in patient for the first time. I signed in at 11:45 and had a seat in the empty lobby. No one acknowledged to me as they moved about their day. After waiting for 25 minutes I went back up to the desk and asked if I would be able to see a dentist today. They told me that their office had closed at 12 and the dentist was gone for the day. At that point they apologize and said I thought you were with her pointing to another woman of color.
