I was pleased with Aspen until they overcharged my husband for a filling and when asked to issue a credit for the overcharge, they informed us "oh by the way , you owe us for fluoride treatment from your last visit ". Lee, the manager at Tyrone store, was not professional in the way he handled the situation. Not sure if I will return.
Terrible experience! They care nothing about the patient, just your money! I was left with my dental work half done and rudely kicked to the curb. After they collected my insurance and had me set up w Genesis credit for the balance due, they now say that they no longer use it and I have to pay for everything in cash! This place is horrible. called made the appointment gave them my insurance then they tell me know my insurance is not accepted at this Aspen Dental so I'm sent to a second Aspen Dental guess what after waiting almost 2 hours they tell me know your insurance is not accepted here either. if you have insurance don't waste your time or your insurance money find a reputable dentist. Total waste of time total waste of energy staff is not knowledgeable has nothing good to say about Aspen Dental horrible horrible horrible experience
Was a great office until they replaced everybody nothing but problems since would not recommend anyone to go here
Went in for a cleaning and got the $2000 up sell and no cleaning. No going back trying to find an independent dentist instead of the corporate McDentist this place is. I would stay away from this place!
