Here’s a saga about that new oral surgeon they are working with at the St. Pete office...Beware!!! My first experience at the St. Pete office was on Feb. 6 with Dr. Spough and he was excellent. Front office was excellent and insurance staff was excellent. Made a follow up appointment for a consult with their oral surgeon to have my infected and impacted wisdom teeth removed ASAP. Went in with an impacted wisdom tooth. Went through the full set of xrays while I was in intense pain. Took the time to tell me all the things I needed done....while I was in intense pain. Then after almost 90 minutes of unrelated items, we finally discussed the reason I came in. For some reason, they thought it would be okay to set an appointment for a MONTH later to remove the wisdom tooth. The appointment office doesn’t know how their dentist office works. Was told a complete different story. Dentures 4,000. Come on!

Aspen Dental needs to clean up it's business practices. They agreed to do my dental work for a fixed price (I have written and voice mail confirmation) and then overcharged me. I've asked for a refund and they posted a PARTIAL refund to my credit card. It's been several weeks, but they have not completed the refund nor have they return my eMails. No refund and no communication. Frustrating!

You need to stop advertising that you provide emergency dental services and that we can call on a Sunday!!! I'm in agony with a tooth ache, and it is FALSE that anyone at your office will respond on a Sunday!

It took a over 2 hours and never pulled the tooth I went in for. Between the hygenist and Dr. Ma all I heard was how bad my mouth was! I'm aware. The problem was that they gave me the impression that they were UP BIDDING ME. I'm retired and just wanted my tooth pulled. Today I'm still SUFFERING from my tooth! Very, very disappointed and still IN PAIN. Is this ur regular day 2 day operations, cuz if it is a WHOLE BUNCH OF PPL R GONNA FIND OUT.
