Great place everyone in there is extremely friendly I was so comfortable felt like I knew everyone my whole life made me feel so comfortable for the getting dentures at 48 year old I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone
I went the the one in saugus on one rt one yesterday. Stopping in for an emergency visit could not have went any better , easier or more pleasant. I had a bad infection and was referred to go to an oral surgeon in peabody which they called for me and was able to go to right away feom there. The customer service frrom when i walked in at the front desk to assistant to doctor and then billing where phenomenol. Definitely a good place to go. I was very nervous coming in for my appointment. I haven't been to a dentist in over 5 years and I knew I needed a lot of work done. Their whole staff made me feel so comfortable, it was a judgment free zone. From front desk to the Doctor, hygienist, and DA's. I am so thankful! Thank you for understanding! They made me a priority. I went to Aspen Dental in Saugus, had terrible tooth ache (pain!) all weekend. Called them first thing Monday morning, and was told to come in immediately. I was seen immediately, a lot of work done, and left with prescriptions for antibiotic for the infection and medicine for the pain...no charge! The two medicines did their work. My first time there. Everyone very friendly and very professional. It was a great experience. Imagine saying that about a dental office!.
