I visited the Aspen Dental clinic with my wife on Friday, 26th August. Right from the moment we entered the clinic, on came a well organized premises. We were greeted by ever smiling front desk and helped us visit the Dentist in no time. The dentist and all her associates were extremely friendly, professionally competent, and soothing to me and my wife, while treating us. My husband had work done there several years ago and we found that everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Bob had several partial plates done and we were very pleased with all who helped us. I am now back to have a new complete set of new dentures and the same kindness was there.I am excited and anxious to get this done and I believe by the next week I will be smiling and happy.
Stuff are so nice.I hate the dentist but comming here is less stressful cuz they don't judge u and it doesn't feel like they are working on u.The only draw back is that they don't take my dental ins so I pay out of my pocket.They try to help with lowering the cost which is a blessing.Three times here to fix my dentures and they are so nice about it.Of corse they have to fix for free they guarantee there work.
On my visit at the Saugus location, I have nothing but 5 stars to give... I went as an emergency patient and they took care of me. From the first encounter they worked with me,made me feel confortable,took care of my issue & send me out with a smile. All I can say is thank you Aspen Dental!!!

Called @ 9:56 am in pain, and they had me in the office by 10:30...EVERY staff member was compassionate, understanding and wonderful....They had no openings but squeezed me in due to my pain...I am so grateful for the wonderful care I received here!
Oh my experience with Aspen dental. Is phenomenal. DR.T. is absolutely the best. I am a big baby. Scared when i sit in that chair all of the staff. Calmed me gave me the time to breathe. Worked. With me had so much patience.even the Gentleman at the front desk awesome from the time I step in the office untill I left they were all very kind and.
