I do not give many five-star reviews but my experience at this office was nothing but excellent. I broke an older denture and needed it replaced quickly as in my work I speak with people and I also needed a root tip removed. The initial dentist I saw gave me a complete plan for all the work I need and while I certainly appreciate why that is done, I indicated my need to get this denture replaced as quickly as possible as I was about to work out of state and hoped to get the rest of the work done when I returned. Went to an appointment there yesterday. The customer service with the front desk could be improved. The office is nice, the doctors are amazing! Very informational & thorough, took their time, explained everything with you & made sure you saw & understand. Now the billing, from a person in the medical field they should not expect a person is going to have all the recommended services. They should ask which one you're interested in, instead of adding everything up & overwhelming the person with this large bill due amount. The... read more

I went to Aspen Dental for replacement of a crown while on vacation. We agreed on a price for the procedure as I did not expect my insurance to cover any of the costs and told them that. I paid the agreed upon price at time of service. A few weeks later after getting home, I get an invoice (very incomplete information on the invoice that did not show my payment or insurance payments properly) and they are asking me to pay more as "the insurance payment they got was less than expected". If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE. They will lie to you and overcharge you. I made a huge mistake not listening to the other reviews. Not only was Dr. Tucker extremely rude and demeaning when I asked questions, but the charges for my treatment plan were ABSURD. Thankfully, I brought this to the attention of another dentist, and he confirmed that Aspen Dental schemes their way into charging patients for things they DO NOT NEED. Bad, bad, bad. First, when I arrived 10 min before my appointment, they told me I missed the appointment by an hour! I showed them the text they sent confirming the time. Told me they'd fit me in. Started taking all these xrays etc. I asked what this was costing and i was told the initial visit was complimentary. Doctor spent about 10 minutes with me and told me they'd work up a treatment plan. Got the plan and it was $11,450.00! Horrible, the dentist is awful Dr Tucker is rude and spent 2 min with me and made me reschedule after waiting 2hrs in my hot car for her just to fill a tooth She had an attitude and told the girl up tell me after waiting in a 114 heat she wouldn't do it !! , , she just bought the practice, they take your money first then they make you reschedule!!! They give you the world yo get you in. Then they stop caring, it's scary what goes on with these dentist OMG !! !! Beware stay away !!!

I had a horrible experience with their dental hygienist. She basically told me I was stupid for declining the fluoride rinse. She billed my insurance for the fluoride rinse when I did not get it. I also had a horrible experience with their billing department. While I liked the dentist I saw, I would definitely not go back.

I came here in get tooth pull dentist here don't do emergency work as advertised can't extract tooth or do root canal seems like dentist on duty not qualified

Ok so I moved from NY to Arizona. Tried to find a dental office that took my insurance. This one did. Place was clean and staff were kind. That being said, place is a total scam. I understand all of these place are a business but this was ridiculous. Went in for basic checkup and cleaning which i had a few months ago in NY. They told me I needed a DEEP cleaning ( which they ALL always tell you that you do) it generates more money.
