Ok so I moved from NY to Arizona. Tried to find a dental office that took my insurance. This one did. Place was clean and staff were kind. That being said, place is a total scam. I understand all of these place are a business but this was ridiculous. Went in for basic checkup and cleaning which i had a few months ago in NY. They told me I needed a DEEP cleaning ( which they ALL always tell you that you do) it generates more money. Office itself is very nice. However, I waited 45 minutes to be seen and they just told me I needed to pay a bunch of money out of pocket for an 'in depth cleaning' that was not covered by my insurance. I just wanted a regular cleaning and this was not included in my hour long appointment. I felt like I was being upsold by the corporate masters.

I had horrible experience at Aspen Dental at talkingstick today. Dr. John (I don't know his last name) had a very disrespectfully and talk-down condescending altitude. As a patient, I came to your dental because I need help, I don't need you to tell me I am hopeless and I am screwed. The way you talk is to desperate your patient, and same time, very arrogant. After his diagnose and suggested solutions, I immediately walked out the dental office, and felt very bad! I would never recommend this place to my friends or family.
