Excellent service specially the staff went above & beyond to accommodate my emergency as a new patient and on the same day! But most importantly, the staff and dentist demonstrated empathy and concern towards my needs as a patient and as a person.
I tried to switch my dental care to the Aspen Dental in Seekonk. I explained to the woman who confirmed my appointment for June 18th that I had x-rays at my prior dentist. I called the prior dentist who said to have Aspen contact them. I called and told Aspen this info and spoke to someone in the call center who told me that I can sign a form at my appointment. I showed up for my appointment and was told that I would have to pay $175 for x-rays because they're only allowed once every 5 years through my insurance. I again exp... read more
Generally have good experiences with hygienists. They’ve been nice and seem to do a good job. Can’t really rate dentists because there’s ALWAYS a different one every time I go. Last was good enough but seemed to rush me out after an extraction. Not much direction as to what to do next or any follow up. All too routine for him when for me it was a pretty big deal. I never had any issues with anyone else for the exception of the office staff. Especially one, she was always rude to everyone one. Her tone and body language says it all. I have got to the point that I will no longer stay quiet. I will be contacting regional and not only share my story but others. I do listen and actually listen very well as she told me I did not.

dentures 1.5 yrs old on 4th repair
Train the office staff as to what proper patient bedside manners. Make your office ADA friendly. The people I met at the office had no clue about what the word empathy means. I was unable to complete my first visit because I have crutches and I had to stand up in order to take dental X Rays!!!!!!! The young technician need also training about diversity and inclusion and that liying has consequences.
