I have only gone once, but I did not have the greatest experience. Make sure you know exactly what they are charging you beforehand. I would ask for an itemized list first. They charged me $130 for an electric toothbrush as part of my 'treatment plan', and during my appointment, they had asked me if I already had an electric toothbrush in which I said yes. It seems like their main priority is making money any way they can.

My experience was awful, they only offered one solution to my needs totaling more than 15,ooo dollars. Don't get fooled this place is terrible.
The Dr was great but I had problem with billing . they keep getting billing wrong . make sure you know how much you have to pay with your insurance company. my billing was three different prices. My insurance company gave me one price and even after they talked to insurance company they was charging me $250 dollars more and when I challenge them it went up $500 more. after a three way with them and my insurance they will wait until they put in the right numbers to get the correct price which is the one the insurance company ... read more

All in all, I didn't have a great experience with Aspen, after two visits: 1) Timing: My first appointment was at 8AM. I was told to check in at 7:45AM, but the building wasn't opened until 8:05AM. After filling out paperwork, I saw a hygienist about 20 minutes later and then needed to further wait to see the dentist. This was the first appointment of the day and they were already behind. I was looking for a new dentist to do my bi-annual cleaning and since I got my wisdom teeth removed at Aspen and had a wonderful experience I figured I would try them out for my cleaning. Firstly getting an appointment was like pulling teeth (no pun intended). I finally get one and they called me to confirm the day before and then again on the day of the appointment to ask if I could come in earlier.
