Great at setting up appointments, especially when needing to reschedule. Wonderful when I have to bring my kids with me. Had a deep cavity which is still sensitive at times where I have needed them to check it. They did and were excellent with explaining why my tooth looks good to them and what severe need to move to a root-canal would be like for me. So I would say they are excellent at explaining tooth problems and are very patient.
